Very good vitamins, bought my 3rd pack, but taking 2 a day. Also worth mentioning that initially I thought that they changed the composition as vitamin D was no longer listed and I was taking additional supplements. Turns out the list of vitamins and minerals continues under the sticker (they didn’t make it too obvious).

I read a lot of the reviews on Amazon before purchasing this supplement and the most common complaint was the size and smell. Which, upon first opening the bottle, I could understand. However, despite my usual dislike of swallowing such large pills (let alone three of them daily!), I soon adjusted and now don't even think of it. Along with the size, you also soon get used to the fluorescent urine. I can't say that I've necessarily felt more energised, however, I do feel at least that I'm getting all the vitamins and minerals I need, my system's been running smoothly and I've noticed I've ceased my overeating and that my appetite has leveled. I reordered these and would recommend!

I had high hopes for these as they have a great range of vitamins. However the dosage is too high for me and gave me stomach cramps. I started with 3 as stated and went down to 2. Such a shame as it does have everything I would need!

Well. I've only been taking these tablets a week. But they are awesome. I had been feeling really drained and tired as my work can be rather demanding .I would constantly wish I could I'd grab a power nap. Four days into taking these I noticed I wasn't feeling bone tired anymore .now I feel basically back to my normal zesty self. I've been taking one after breakfast, one after lunch and one after dinner. Yes they do stink, your pee does become rather bright yellow ,but im increasing my water consumption ,hopefully this will sort that out and yes they do look like horse pills, But the benefits definitely out way these little niggles. I will definitely be recommending these little bad boys to all my friends.

These are a very good multi vitamin for women. I have noticed if I take in them in morning I have zero energy dragging myself around. so I take them at night they help me relax and sleep. The reason for four stars - very big tablet with a very strong iron tablet smell. They last for ages which means great value for money!!

Felt the difference after a few days of use. Reduce tiredness. I even stopped having headaches. Yes, they look giant in comparison with any other supplements, but I didn't find them impossible to swallow. Yes, they have a very strong smell which is not amazing, but why does it matter if you buy them to feel better? Five stars. Will buy again.One important thing - do not take them without food. I did once and had nausea for next few hours. It won't happen if you follow the instructions.

Solgar provide high quality vitamins and minerals and I feel confident this provides me with a top of anything I may be depleted in which I'm not getting from healthy nutrition. I do a lot of sport and had some eye and muscle twitching which could have been due to low magnesium levels and that has been resolved since taking these for over a year now. Can't remember when I Iast had a cold and believe this product keeps me at optimum health. I used to buy from my local health food shop but the price on Amazon is much better.

The description on the bottle says that it contains vitamin K and vitamin D, but the bottle that arrives does not contain these vitamins. How do you explain this?
