I don’t normally write reviews - as always think - that everyone should have a chance to try/use something themselvesHowever, I have now been using these capsules for just over a month now (I’m actually using the Freak Atheletics CLA and Raspberry Ketone capsules alongside these capsules)Takes a few weeks I would say before you start noticing a significant difference - but they really do work and I would really recommend them to anyone loookkng to lose a few pounds and tone upBut saying all this - as with anything these capsules will probably be useless without a good healthy diet and exercise - so don’t expect these to work if you don’t do it rightSo - basically take these capsules if you want to tone up - and what a great time to start - with summer fast approaching 😃

I have given these 4 weeks of use before I wrote the review-they did absolutely nothing,may as well have taken fresh air.Now bear in mind, I am 5ft 4 and normally 62-63kg.I took these as had crept up to 65 kg and just needed a ‘kick start’. I have eaten normally as healthy diet nyway and I also exercise 3-4 times a week.But they did nothing.

I can’t fault theese guys. They give you tips on exercise and encourage you along they way. Customer service is spot on. Only fault I have is; these tablets make me hungry! I put my self on a crash deit by only eating 800 cals per day. I was doing great. I’ve lost half a stone in 2/3 weeks. I bought this to help along the process but they definitely increase my appetite. Prior to this I was doing fine just eating a banana for breakfast and lunch, then eating what I liked for tea.

I’ve purchased these a week ago and I’m very happy with them. I feel so much more energetic considering I work shifts. I’m actually losing weight with them. Haven’t had any sickness with them like other products.

best fat metaboliser product around tried others that are cheaper but they don’t do anything, this one actually works, see the results as soon as you start taking it so worth the money

Doesn’t work

I have tried a few different pills, but this one actually works, I hadn’t seen a friend in 2 weeks and she saw me yesterday and the first thing she said was ‘you’ve lost weight and your stomach has gone down’. Yes they are a bit chunky to take, but definitely work. I take 2 a day with a glass of water, eat healthier, I don’t do much working out except chasing my kids and housework.Amazing product 😊UPDATE - so I’ve been taking these 3 weeks, I’ve lost 8lbs, this is a massive thing as I got down to 12.12 and my weight lose just stopped, 3 weeks on these and 8lbs of. Ordered a 2nd batch - I will add I took a long side healthy diet, not much fitness though.
