Surprised, Great Substitute for egg whites.
Great product.A great substitute for egg whites in cocktails, lacking on the mouth feel of egg whites but does give a great foam.

Have to use quite a lot
Takles quite a lot of this too get the cocktails throffing, it does help but not as much as i had hoped... 3 stars... Price is good

It works!!
We were using the other popular vegan foamed that comes in the blue bottle with a little pipette thing but the glass on those kept breaking no water how gently we put it back in the bottle. This product is the perfect alternative. It works perfectly just as egg yolk would. No weird smells, no taste to it at all, vegan friendly and perfect foam

Tastes awful and spoils drink.
Being a cocktail mixologist, thought I’d give this a try, just to enhance the foam additions to some cocktails. Used this a few time and on different drinks plus on my New Year’s Eve party and was hugely disappointed. Not only with the fact that it’s lacking in foam production but also the awful taste that’s left in your drinks once it’s mixed in, even with only using one or two drops per drink.. Stupidly I bought two of these bottles, thinking they would be great and they’ll both end up going in the bin. 😠

Not the ingredients it says it is.
The ingredients listed are not those on the bottle. It says it’s just water, sugar, alcohol, elderflower and natural flavour. Turns out it is a nasty list of chemicals, including sodium benzoate which reacts with ascorbic acid (vitamin C) turns into benzene - best not used with it with anything citrusy!
