This Ketolab Low Carb Rice spikes blood sugar same as regular rice!! Tried with empty stomach with rice only without any gravies.Total Failed! This rice is already boiled with sunflower oil,cooled in fridge, then dehydrated for developing resistant starch.In online this concept is popular but wont works.Resistant starch is failed concept one.This spikes blood sugar usual starch only. Taste and texture is not good! Big rice type! So overall this rice is usual white rice with 25times high cost!
