Vitamins are vitamins and what matters to me is the cost. As one critique of these although it is common with every B complex pills I've seen - HUGE imbalances in the types of B vitamins included. THOUSANDS of percent of the daily recommended amount of some B vitamins while far less for others. With vitamins, MORE is not always better. These should be more balanced. If it's a Super B vitamin pill it should have, for example, 200% of EVERY B vitamin type.

Amazing for energy! I take this Nature's Bounty Super B Complex and feel a huge boost of energy and well-being. The B vitamins really help with everyday stress, and the vitamin C supports my immunity. The only downside is the strong taste and the yellow urine, but for me, it's totally worth it for how great I feel! I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a B vitamin boost

I have tried a few different brands of this and always sworn to this one. Send to work best for me and I would recommend to others. Easy to swallow and don’t get sticky when you try to swallow as they aren’t to big to get stuck in your throat
