Not actually Texas Instruments Chips
Whatever seller I bought from - I forget, but I think it's listed above the review - didn't send me genuine TI Chips. It didn't really matter, since they were still quad 2-input NAND gates and still worked, but the branding wasn't TI, so if that's an issue you may want to buy from elsewhere.

At the price these chips work great for prototyping and training

totally damaged
I received these after waiting for more than a month. The ICs were shipped inside a very small ziploc bag and inside an envelope with no protection. The pins were so crushed that were beyond straightening out. They are basically useless. I tried to straighten the pins, but they had gotten too twisted and breakable.
