5+ EPIC STARS!
This series is so dear to my heart because it was one of the very first ones I read when I started loving romance books. I totally fell in love with Gabriel and his story, I've never read anything so beautifully written before. Now, a year after Gabriel's Rapture, Sylvain Reynard did it again and completely captivated me with a perfect and epic conclusion to one of my favorite series of all times. In Gabriel's Redemption Julianne and Gabriel are newly weeds and enjoying married life. Gabriel is trying to let go of his past and imagining a more beautiful future where he becomes a father. However, Julianne is focused on her graduate program and can't see herself achieving her career goals while becoming a mother. And that's when their challenges begin.Julianne doesn't want to jeopardize her career goals but fears that she's being selfish and depriving Gabriel of complete happiness by putting her dreams first. As she struggles with those feelings, Julianne discovers that Gabriel is actually fighting worst demons. After some sad occurrences, Gabriel has a revelation that forces him to rethink everything. His past comes back to haunt him and he starts to believe that he's not deserving of more in life. That wishing for more may mean losing his beloved Julianne and that's a risk he's absolutely not willing to take.To make matters worst, other characters from their past come back to challenge them and to try to break them apart. To overcome all their troubles, Julianne and Gabriel go through the journey of learning how to communicate well in their marriage, how to confront their fears from their past and future, and to always have hope. Now lets talk about the characters! It was heartwarming to reconnect again with these characters, especially with Gabriel. He took my breath away with his sophisticated, intellectual, passionate, and extremely romantic personality. There's really no other character like Professor Emerson. But something amazing happens to Gabriel in this book, he finally finds peace in himself. He finally finds his own redemption. I know that's kind of expected from the title but after everything that happened in the previous books and how involved I got in this story, I never thought I would see the day that my dear Gabriel would be completely healed. That right there tells you how symbolic this final book is for the fans of this series! ♥I loved Julianne in this book; she was an extraordinary character. There was so much goodness in her heart and she showed it every time by always having faith and hope and by teaching Gabriel how to forgive. I totally agree with him when he said that she's his brown-eyed angel. Without her there wouldn't be a Gabriel and there wouldn't be a redemption. She was a true heroine in this story because she saved him.Throughout the book I really enjoyed getting closure for every other character that appeared in the story. Yes, you'll see exactly what happens to every bad and good guy/girl in the story. I praise Sylvain Reynard for giving readers that because it brought every aspect in the story together making the conclusion that much meaningful. Now, the ending like I said before it was perfection. It was beautiful, touching, heartfelt, and profound. I was left feeling overjoyed and in peace because I knew that my dear Gabriel and Julianne were going to be forever happy. And there's no better feeling than that one for a romantic reader like me! ♥I love Sylvain Reynard's style of writing; it's elegant, sophisticated, and scholarly. The incorporation of literature and poetry makes it extremely unique and fascinating to me. Aside from getting a beautiful romance story, I also got to learn very interesting things in the world of literature (thank you dear Professor Emerson!).This is an unforgettable story and I would recommend it in a heartbeat! I LOVE IT! ♥

All the redeemingly beautiful stars in the universe!!!
Perfection! I couldn't have loved it more! Major book hangover beginning immediately! As the release date for the EPIC Gabriel’s Redemption was fast approaching, although I was beyond excited, I was also incredibly apprehensive. You see, I read Gabriel’s first two books over a year ago shortly after reading FSOG (which ensued my reading rebirth!). Since then, I have read over 100 books and I was SO terrified that I wasn't going to love this story as much now, and I didn't want to ruin my memory of the love I have for this series. Well, OMG, did I have NOTHING to worry about!!! This series is still my all time #1 favorite EVER!!!!By just a few pages in, I was already right back into the story, feeling all of the same emotions, as if not a day had gone by! Sylvain Reynard (SR) effortlessly re-creates the environment, the integrity of the characters, and this remarkable story, almost instantly.I loved that Gabriel and Julianne didn't have it totally easy once they got married. But I also love and respect that SR didn't drag the story out, nor did we have to deal with any unnecessary drama, just for the sake of having a third book. Everything that took place in this final installment felt authentic and just right for the characters and their lives together. So, this book starts out just a couple of months following where Gabriel’s Redemption ended. Gabriel and Julianne are together. Married. Happy. She is at Harvard working towards her doctorate, while he is teaching at Boston University. They still have their obstacles like those old pesky rumors flying around, the presence of former villains who would just love to tear them apart, and the pressure of success and some friendly challenges that would arise from both being in the same field of work. There is also, probably their biggest issue, which is to start a family or not to start a family… that is the question! But they are strong and they are facing things together, head-on.I try to sit and decipher what it is that I love about this series so much so that I can look for it in future reads. It isn't just the original teacher/student taboo story although I am definitely crazy about that! I think it’s really the character development and depth. SR keeps these characters flawed, showing their positive and negative sides, all throughout. It’s also the power of the love story!! I don’t think I have ever loved two characters as much as Gabriel and Julianne, equally. And for as much as I love them separately, they are most spectacular together! I love their unwavering passion for one another. Picking this book up truly felt like coming home and catching up with old friends! And as far as the ending, OH the ending! It was beautiful, poetic, perfection! You know you are reading a great book when you feel your self gradually slowing down more and more as you approach the end because you just don’t want it to come! Their ending couldn't have been more perfect. I cried when Gabriel met his half sister and found out about his heritage. And I loved how their family plans happened naturally and outside of their own thoughtful plans...yep, bawled like a baby!!!SR does a fantastic job of wrapping up all of the story lines perfectly. Of course the only one that is left a bit unresolved is Rachel and Aaron’s which begs the question, will there be any more of this series to follow in the future? Like maybe a Gabriel’s novella???!!! Sylvain – I hope you are reading this!!! :)So, this is the part where I say something about the author well, Sylvain Reynard is by far my #1 fave!! I will read anything he writes. He is a definite auto-buy for me. Auto buy and auto stop-whatever-the-hell-else-I-am-reading-to-read-his-book too!! He is one of those that I will just trust, even if I am not so sure of where he is going, because I know he will not disappoint!I hope that maybe we will get to see little glimpses into Julia and Gabriel’s lives as well as this entire group in the future, but even if we don’t, Gabriel’s Redemption is the perfect conclusion to a beautiful, powerful, heartfelt story that will forever hold a special place in my heart!!

Great trilogy
The story of Professor Gabriel and Julia is great. Both characters learn about themselves and about each other, what makes their relationship stronger. In this book Professor and Julia are already married, there are obstacles to overcome, and things to be solved. The story is full of love, passion, faith and hope. I love these books and this author! (Note: English is not my first language, so is far from perfect, sorry!)

A beautiful love story!!!
Gabriel's Redemption was a perfect ending to a perfect series! I said it before and I will say it again...Sylvain Reynard is a true master storyteller. The way he incorporated history, art and religion into the story blew me away in all three books. Gabriel was so romantic and intense and I loved him even more. Gabriel's Redemption was as captivating as the first two books and the love Gabriel and Julianne shared was beautiful. I love how they found each other and how their pasts helped them save one another. Their love is so deep and strong! It broke my heart to see how Gabriel still struggled with his past but I was happy to see it all come together in the end. I loved that Julianne grew more assertive and seemed stronger with Gabriel and with her career. It was nice to see what happened to the other characters as well...Paul, Paulina, Simon, Natalie and Christa. Although I would kind of like to know if anything happened with Simon and April after the ending of their relationship. My favorite line was:"Charity is a great virtue, and so is faith. But hope means the most to me."~Gabriel O. Emerson. And that is just the way I see it...without hope you wouldn't have much.Sylvain Reynard ...you did it again! A BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY!
