These Y-backs are absolutely the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned! I've worn tighty-whities my entire life (well, not yet I guess). Most of them are granny panty boring, and they accomplish nothing beyond strapping my man parts to my body. I've tried a couple of regular thong styles, but they were so skimpy and low-rise that they rode below my hip bones, and the thong strap rubbed and chafed in all the wrong places. With my mature build, they simply look and feel better if I can wear them a little closer to my natural waistline. This underwear is more generously cut in both the overall rise, and in the size and contouring of the pouch. I would have preferred that the pouch be narrower toward the top, but that’s just me. The thong strap is very soft, and the tagless microfiber-lined waistband stays in position well, rather than sliding down toward my hips as some do. The waistband is pretty thin, though, and it tends to roll down because my abdomen is softer than it should be. That shouldn’t be an issue for guys with more athletic builds. Also, the elastic used for the center and Y-straps stretches easily, which adds even more comfort. The well-contoured pouch is made of a cotton jersey knit that's lighter weight than a typical t-shirt, so there's nothing about it that restricts movement. I'm sure the Y-back design makes the thong strap less irritating, too. They run absolutely true to size, at least for me. Hopefully they won't disappointment me by shrinking when they're washed. As at least one other reviewer stated, they feel like wearing almost nothing at all. In fact, after receiving them today and wearing one for a couple of hours, I liked them so much that I ordered another 3-pack. As a side note, I originally ordered these in white, based on the images in the listing. I didn't notice until later that the color is described as "Pink/White". Trust me, there is nothing pink about them - they are solid white, thankfully, except for the light gray logo on the waistband. Considering their excellent price, you won't find anything better for the money. Highly recommended!!

Overall these are pretty good. They are true to size and good pouch size. The cotton gets a little stiff after a few washes unfortunately, but they remain mostly comfortable. The Y-back is unique and comfortable (ie doesn't pull too much on the back side). Only negative is if you pants ride down, the band shows its a thong more easily since there isn't material pulling the band down. Sexy and comfy though overall. Think I am going to try the nylon version to see if it is more soft and comfortable. A bit on the pricier side but the quality and fit are there.

As an older chubby guy that likes wearing thongs and jocks I thought I would take a chance on these given xl is smaller than most other xl underwear. The fabric is soft single layer in the pouch that holds the male parts really well. The back trap for the thong is a like half the size of most thong blackstraps. It like a flat string and it lays comfortably in the cracks don’t doesn’t feel like a wedgie like some thongs can. It also does a good job of moving moisture out of the area The Y part of the back strap makes this thong different as well my partner says it makes my back side look pretty good. It gives pretty good support so I can wear them as daily underwear and to the gym

Short version: The most comfortable thong I've owned, but occasional discomfort on perineum. Quality is questionable. Long version: I'm torn on whether or not I like these thongs. I have been a thong wearer for years now and I've tried a few different brands. So far this is the best fit that I've found. The pouch shape is perfect for me. My previous favorite fit was med size Papi but on those the pouch always seemed a little too small. The pouch on these med 2xist thongs is just a little bigger which fits me perfect. I also find that this pouch design keeps me pointed down a little better than others I've tried. I'm not sure why. The fabric is a single layer and very breathable. It has the right amount of stretch to support without constricting. It looks just like the ribbed stuff tighty whiteys are made of. That brings me to the other side of the coin. The fabric has a rough texture that can be uncomfortable against sensitive bits. And if it is the same stuff tighty whiteys are made from them they will probably stretch out and sag sooner rather than later. Another comfort issue I have concerns the connection point where the "floss" strap connects to the bottom of the pouch. The connection is very bulky and occasionally irritates my perineum. One last thing that I don't like is the waist band. The side that touches my skin is very soft, which is good, but it gets really pilly after washing. My wife washes these in a delicates bag in cold water and then hang dries them. After the first washing the band looked like an old sweater and even left fuzz on other clothing. After a couple more washings you would think these are years old. I'm concerned about the longevity of these and certainly don't like how beat up they look already.

I followed the sizing and they fit perfect. The pouch is comfortable and gives a little stretch when needed. The string is essentially unnoticeable so no problem there. The only thing that might be an issue down the road is the thicker piece where the pouch is sewn to the string. It flips outward, but it doesn’t change the effectiveness of the pouch. I picked up a 3-pack for $22. I think they are worth the price. I am washing on delicate and lime drying to get them to last.

I’ve tried a lot of different thong underwear and found these to be by far the most comfortable, I love em. They look and feel sexy and comfortable.

The waistband elastic is noticeably thinner and easier to stretch VS the same product purchased previously - feels like it will also lose elasticity a lot faster

Love the way they so comfortably hold my equipment upright. The front pouch, and the back with the Y cut do not only feel so comfy, they make me look good too.

I've enjoyed 2xst undies for years, and these are no exception! Felt amazing, the cross pieces in the back felt comfortable as well as the strap. For a bigger guy, I find these awesome. Definitely recommend and would order again in different colors if they had them.

Top Strings, gutes Material, ordentlich Platz vorne, sehen gut aus Insgesamt gibt es von mir 5 Sterne, wobei ich normal L/XL trage, hier habe ich M geordert (hatte sie schon mal vor Jahrzehnten und erinnerte mich dass sie dich sehr groß ausfielen) und selbst bei M empfinde ich das Popoband als einen Tick zu lang. Wer selber nähen kann, würde es vielleicht kürzen, manche mögen es aber auch so...ich überlege mal S zu ordern, das Gummiband ist elastisch genug Ändert aber nicht an der vollen Punktzahl. Update nachdem ich mich getraut habe die Größe S (wie gesagt normal L oder XL zb. bei Manstore) kann ich nur sagen jetzt sitzen sie. Das Band hinten ist kürzer und somit ist der, bei größeren Größen vorhandene, unförmige Beutel gestrafft und sitzt vernünftig. Der ganze String ist so elastisch und die schmalen Bänder bieten halt wenig Widerstand, dass ordentlich kleiner bestellt werden kann.
