Murder Mystery Party Case Files: Killer Startup for 1 or More Players Ages 14 and Up

So much fun!! We loved doing this as a family. This was challenging, but the clues came together and we were able to solve the mystery! I love how the game provides clues for if you are stuck as well!

We have purchased a few of these and they are so much fun! They take some time to get through which is nice. My daughter has used them for sleepovers and they have a blast! Highly recommend.

Fun game if you love crime solving games. Only downfall is it’s a 1 time use game since there’s only 1 victim.

This game was very disappointing. I love murder mysteries, but they aren't really my husband's cup of tea, so after playing this sad excuse for a game it will probably be a while before I get him to sit down with one again. Gotta rebuild the trust after this one. I won't spoil anything for you, but as a comparison, we previously played the Antarctica expedition mystery by the same company and that one was well fleshed out. It had great supplementals, including an online component for computer sleuthing, and relevant clues, along with red herrings. The whole package. At the end, we felt we played something of substance. This game, however, concluded on such a weak note it left us both fighting over which of us gets to throw it in the trash. Usually we gift our games to friends who also like to play, but we can't decide who we dislike enough to bequeath this one to. From now, I'm going to really have to do my research if I ever want to play another mystery with my partner.

The game was great and includes plenty of evidence to play either solo or as a group. Be prepared to read a lot, because you’ll need it to get the right answer. The only downside is that it’s a game you can only use and play once.

My family and I absolutely loved playing this game! It struck the perfect balance between teamwork and individual problem-solving, making it easy for everyone to contribute. Even those who I thought wouldn’t be interested ended up loving it

I have every Murder Mystery Case File since they launched. They are exceptional solo experiences. Giving you up to 6 hours of playtime. As a group experience, depending on the kit, they can be completed in an hour. Based on the really great details and design of the kits, I feel it's a lost experience as a group. Play solo when you want to relax and enjoy some you time.
