This is a box of unassembled parts and screws.
For the price I assumed this would be assembled not just a box of parts and screws with no instructions. I’ll probably just return it.

horrible instructions.
The materials are as described. But... The instructions appear to be written by someone illiterate who has never seen the product. The translator apparently spoke neither the original language nor english but used google translate into and out of their own natural language. Nothing else explains the phrasing. And somewhere along the way, they lost half the steps. For an example, follow the link to the "manual". The first step involves using assembled wheels without any instructions on how. Not hard to figure out, but it's laughable. They advise you to go to their website. It's full of broken links.
