I use the beef bouillon and the chicken bouillon in so many dishes...particularly soups and stews. It gives them so much depth of flavor without much added salt. I couldn't go back to using anything else.

I'm a big fan of the Better Than Bullion lineup. My preference are the organic and lower sodium ones. The flavors are excellent and easily adaptable to any use or recipe. The convenience alone is worth it since I always know it's available without checking my pantry to see how many cans of broth I have. For those that think it's pricey, I don't agree. I jar is alot cheaper than the comparable number of cans.

Second ingredient by weight is MALTODEXTRIN. It's not like me to miss something like that, but I guess I didn't read the label before ordering. Tossed it into the trash. Unfortunately, I can't find any brand that doesn't use maltodextrin.
