This supplement has zero flavor, even after having consumed it. It is also odorless. For $8 and some scents, I find it to be a great value for a 30 day supply. I think this supplement is excellent quality because with consistent use for over three months, I’ve noticed the health benefits of cognitive improvement, as well as less irritability when going through PMS. Each pill is small enough to swallow without gagging.Please Note: Although the serving size on the back of the bottle says three pills and that there’s 20 servings, one doesn’t have to take three pills daily. I take only two a day.
