Excellent grains!!
These worked immediately!I live in a warm dry climate and only had to ferment on the counter for 24 hours before the kefir tasted just right.I use simply watermelon juice and keep mine in a mason jar with a towel on top instead of in a corked bottle.Its been about a week and they look like they are already growing.Excellent starter grains!

Survived shipment to Hawaii
These are LIVE FRESH kefir grains people. Not dehydrated. I am familiar with water kefir and these were great healthy grains that survived shipment to Hawaii. They are replicating after 2nd time "brewing" them. So lucky to find these as its really hard to get the fresh ones shipped nowadays. Will buy more from them when I return to the mainland since I can't smuggle these home with me on the plane.

Sometimes kefir water grains won't react ir fernent
I followed the instructions that came with the kefir grains but they did not react or ferment.

Hang in there…
These grains took a very, very long time to start working for me. I had experience fermenting years ago and just took it up again. I like a very fizzy water kefir so I knew what I was doing. I must’ve done 5 or 6 batches before these kicked in but when they did, they were amazing! Not only do I get very fizzy kefir on my second ferment now but they are doubling in size very rapidly. I originally thought they were not that good, but now I see they just needed more time to kick in. Really great kefir grains!!!

Didn’t work
I bought them and did all the steps on the instructions and didn’t grow I just changed water and have more sugar on it. I’ll try for the second time and see if they grow.

Fabulous
These are good ones they don't die on you.I love water kefir now.At first I made it wrong it was an alchoholic beverage, but I learned what I did wrong by watching a video showing how to make it into alchohol.Now I put ginger in it. I prefer it to any other drink.
