SSP Multi-Purpose (Unimodal) Espresso Grinding 64mm Flat Burrs (Red Speed Coated)

Transformed my Super Jolly. I had stopped using it for filter (was using hand grinder instead) but with these burrs it is really fantastic. So clean and clear.

Ordered a set to replace the factory burrs in my Fellow ode gen 1. Interestingly Fellow and SSP both state that these burrs won't fit based on the serial number, but they did perfectly. After the first coffee, I had to realise it wasn't the beans that I was getting lately, it was the burrs. I can enjoy coffee again.

The problem with things like this is you never know whether you are getting a returned item or not. In the case of our order, we received a box which looked tampered with - the tape seal was dirty and not sticky. The box had dents and holes, and the burrs themselves (although not visually) smelled of spent coffee grounds. The only reason we didnt return these was because the seller did not have any more stock, but in the future for expensive items such as these burrs - you're best off going to get them from an actual dealer rather than Amazon because this experience was extremely suboptimal. Burrs great, service and presentation (especially being given what was quite clearly a used burr set) 0/10.
