Breyer Winter Wonderland The 2017 Holiday Horse Model

The Salinero mold is one of the most sought after and most beautiful (in my opinion) molds that Breyer has created. He rates in my top five favorites, and I am only disappointed that I don't own more of him!Winter Wonderland (2017 Holiday Edition) comes with a beautiful silver cape with a golden bow at the end. The color is absolutely fantastic. He is gloriously golden, and will look great with my Holiday Lights this year! That being said, the model shipped to me has some factory flaws such as paint drips and very visible seams. The owls that perch on his back have wonderful detail and color, themselves. Winter Wonderland's headdress is absolutely compliments his flowing cape and beaded bridle.Don't fear, potential buyers! You want this model! Whether he's for play or show or display, he will not disappoint you. While my boy has seams showing on his legs and paint drippage, it absolutely does not deter from his display value. He may not be able to be live showed, but he is wonderful. You will not regret his vibrancy, majesty, or fast shipping! I'd buy him now, before he's gone! The 2017 Holiday is over, and he'll only become harder to find and more expensive! I've missed out on holiday models before and regretted it deeply. You don't want to miss Winter Wonderland if you're a collector!DISCLAIMER: Each Breyer horse is hand painted by several artists. Have seen reviews that said the quality/paint was poor, but I took a chance and ordered one anyway since we show Palominos, and mine is lovely. Using it at our church on our back table in a Christmas display with an antique wicker sleigh filled with small gold Christmas balls. This is my first Breyer horse purchase, and I'm very pleased.

Paint is missing on parts, lots of flaws in the mold. Really disappointed in Breyer for putting out such a low quality product (especially knowing people are most likely paying $60+ for it). I miss the quality when they used to be made in America...

I loved this horse the first time I saw it back in 2017. There was just such a sense of movement with the mane swirling and the ribbons and all. The owls gave it such a cool woodsy vibe. At the time, I didn’t have the money for it. When this year’s horse came out, I decided to see if I could still find the 2017 one. I was so glad to see one available. I’m not going to start a collection of Breyer Christmas horses, but I do really love this one!

The box breyer horse box was damaged but the outer packaging was not so it leads me to believe it was shipped to me like that. The clear plastic part was slit. This will affect the collector value. A bit dissappointed.

A beautiful horse in the package, lots of pretty detail, however, it doesn't stand up. With two feet off the ground, it needs to be more balanced, it has to be propped up, very very disappointed, especially for the price!

Gorgeous!!!!!!! Absolutely love this horse! He's so beautiful with perfect paint and accessories. I have several holiday models and he's in the top five. A must own item! Packing and box were both perfect!

My, 15 year old absolutely freaked out when she unwrapped this Christmas morning. I've never bought the holiday house bc they're so dang expensive. I bought her one this year for her collection bc i had dinner unexpected health issues and i really wanted to make sure this Christmas was extra special

Ordered for my niece on behalf of Santa! Though it was a late order-Dec. 6/17, it arrived in time for Christmas, Dec.21/17. So pleased!! My niece is thrilled with the horse, as is her Mum. They both say it's even more beautiful "in person". Very happy with the speedy service from this store and would definitely order from them in the future.

This was beautiful. Much nicer than expected. I feel that the picture did not do it justice. Our daughter was over the moon about it.
