I really just bought this kit to mount my Insta360 to my bicycle handlebars. I hang the camera off the side of the bars so it can see behind me as well as ahead of me. The mount is super easy to mount and dismount, which is nice because I remove the whole mount instead of removing my camera for charging. The mount is also VERY strong. Once you crank down the clamps it doesn't move at all. I have even done some curb drops which shakes the heck out of the camera, but nothing moves or requires readjustment. Very satisfied with the quality of the plastic and metal hardware.

Product is ok. You have to make sure that it is on very tight because if your bike has any vibration, it will loosen up.
