This works better than Tide pods all day long. I could put five Tide pods in the wash, and it would cost more than twice as much, yet my clothes would still look like I used a cheap quality cleaner on them. The colors would fade, and they wouldn't even get fully clean. I'm thankful I bought this due to the reviews. I re-washed all my clothes, and now everything is fresh and clean, and the colors are restored. Old stains are gone, and bad sock smells are gone! I also use liquid fabric softener and spray Miss Mouth's stain treater on the really hard stains. I have to point out that I sprayed that on the exact same spots on the same sweater and washed it with Tide previously, but got no results. This detergent was the key I was missing. It has a very easy-to-use pour spout, the weight is just right, and it's easy to hold over my washer to pour the soap directly in. I'm glad I got the big size!
