4 starsThis was a very good story. I really liked both Nico and Sophie and their story was really enjoyable and had me rooting for them from the beginning. I did notice a few minor editing errors but I found less than a handful of mistakes through the whole book so it wasn't bad. And fair warning for people that aren't familiar with the series, the Mayson men all fall for their women as soon as they see them so if you can't deal with love at first sight in a story line you may want to reconsider reading this book.Sophie is a part-time librarian and part-time online medical insurance specialist. She grew up in Seattle and her mom died when she was 15. Her dad didn't handle her mom's death well and didn't take care of her like he should have and his actions almost get Sophie raped. She escaped that fate but her attack made her fearful and she has troubel dealing with people she doesn't know,especially crowds. Sophie made a life for herself but has no contact with her dad any more. She moved to Tennessee and bought a house, hoping to make a new start.Nico is the 4th Mayson brother. He used to co-own the Mayson construction company with the rest of his family but sold out his part when he discovered he liked working as a bounty hunter. The curse of the Mayson men is that when they find their "one", the woman that is their other half, they'll know right off and will do anything to win that woman. Nico never believed in this and even tried to deny it would happen to him (even when his brothers all found their "one" and proved the curse true).Sophie is at work in the library when she gets a call on the library phone. She answers it to find that a man is calling because he found her cell phone a wanted to return it. She's nervous about meeting an unknown man somewhere but sets it up for a public place where she should be safe. Sophie goes to meet the man and she described herself but didn't know what he looked like. When Nico comes walking over to her, Sophie is very surprised by his appearance and he's big and has tattoos ALL OVER and even more surprised that Nico doesn't frighten her and actually attracts her. Nico introduces himself but seems a bit annoyed and starts asking Sophie questions that are a bit more personal than she's comfortable with. Nico takes one look at Sophie and knows the Mayson curse has hit him and since he didn't expect it he is a bit annoyed by the realization. Nico tries to get Sophie to give him her phone number but she already has her phone back by then and refuses. Nico knows she works at the school as a librarian though and so he tells he he's headed out of town for a job but will see her when he comes back. Sophie doesn't expect to see him again and so is rather surprised when he walks in to her work to see her. Nico tries to get Sophie to agree to dinner but she flatly refuses to go out with him, telling him she doesn't date, at all. Nico doesn't insist but does end up camping out at her car for the next couple days, offering her ice cream treats as a way of getting her to give him a bit of her time. After the second day of this, Sophie agrees to give Nico her phone number and after that agrees to have dinner with him. Sophie seriously hasn't dated previously and so Nico has to tread cautiously and take things easy with Sophie. He doesn't want to go slow but Nico realizes that's Sophie's skittish because of something in her past and if he doesn't take things slow he could lose her.Although beginning a relationship with Sophie isn't easy, Nice is patient, resilient and stubborn and wont let her run when fear makes her want to stop things before they get too serious. Sophie lets her fears get to her at first but once Nico makes it clear she's not running from him, Sophie starts getting more comfortable with him and their relationship. Sophie soon begins staying with Nico most nights when someone tries to break in to Sophie's house. Nico is able to stop the breakin but not capture the guy. With some time and care, Nico is able to easy Sophie into their physical relationship and also in to the idea of meeting his family (which kind of freaks her at first). After they've been together for a bit, Sophie is introduced to the family (which goes really well) and things get more serious between Sophie and Nico. Unfortunately, it appears that whoever tried breaking in to Sophie's place is actually a stalker and Sophie is attacked in her home while Nico is just getting back to town after a job. Nico tries to find out who's after Sophie but they don't have many leads as she's new to town, knows hardly anyone and definitely doesn't have any known enemies. They believe it's a stalker but aren't able to get prints or anything that helps him track down the culprit. Nico does his best to keep Sophie safe and they pretty much settle in together, knowing that it's a done deal between them and neither would willingly split up their relationship. At this point they're just anxious to get their future started. There are some difficulties they have to get through, the most important issue being the stalker but there is some other drama as well. Thankfully, Sophie and Nico are able to get past the drama and find their way to sweet ending with a nice HEA.I thought this story was very enjoyable. I really liked both Nico and Sophie and was glad they found their happy ending. Sophie was a bit fearful at first and heroines like that tend to annoy me but Sophie wasn't really that annoying. For the most part, her major fear was present at the beginning and faded as the story progressed so it work alright for me. Nico was sweet and loving but pushed when needed without being a jerk about it. The story wasn't perfect but overall it worked for me and it was a good way to spend part of the day. I'm actually kind of disappointed Nico was the last bother so the series will be ending but I'll be looking for the next thing this author writes. I'd recommend this book. :D

This series was absolutely amazing to read. I had trouble putting it down. I need some Mayson brothers in my life🔥🔥🔥

Nick's job as a bounty hunter is going to be difficult after wanting to return Sophie's phone. When they meet, he is immediately hit by the boom. Sophie has no idea who she is meeting or what is about to happen when handsome Nick kisses her. They star slowly but is obvious Nick is not going to give up pursuing Sophie. Life is about to get very interesting with Sophie and an "admirer".

I absolutely love these books and I want to devour each and every one that I read and I can't wait to start the next once I put one down.

Nico Mayson understood the curse, he saw each of his brothers fall hard for 'the one' but he didn't expect it to happen to him. But when it did, he knew he wasn't going to run from it. The minute his eyes locked on Sophie, she was his. She just didn't know it yet. Getting Sophie to take a chance and let him in proves to be something that Nico is going to have to push for, but for every step back she takes - he's willing to take two towards her.Sophie doesn't date, she barely has any friends... after her mother's death and the way her father failed her, trusting someone and letting them in isn't something she ever thought she needed. But from the first kiss, their first encounter, there is something about Nico that makes her want to actually try to face her past. But falling in love with a Mayson boy is the easy part, it's everything else that proves to be complicated, when someone is determined to stand in their way.With every installment of the Until series I think that I've found my favorite of the bunch. Nico's story was one that I was anticipating because of teaser epilogue in the last book. I loved the idea that this man was not going to fight the feeling when it hit him, that he understood that it was just fate and that he'd embrace it. I expected Nico to be a bit rougher and tumble but completely melted when he went sweet. He was so cautious with Sophie.For Sophie, I found myself actually liking her more than I expected to. I kept waiting for the moment where she'd go weak and I would want to bang my head against the wall - but that never came. Given her insecurity and her past, she stayed pretty level... even when she had to be chased down a few times.ARR has given us a fantastic series with characters that you can't help but fall in love with. And with each book you get a handful of characters that hopefully will allow this series to continue on through the years. Kenton is next up in the lineup and I have that familiar feeling that his book might just top the last one.I think my favorite part of this series is that we are given such great epilogues. I love seeing so much into their futures, seeing the kids at the age of nearing adulthood and the Mayson men having to deal with their daughters and the boys that are sniffing around. If you have not yet read any of this series, you need to get on board. Each one gives you a different story, and each one is gold.

This is the the fourth book of the first generation Mayson’s and each book has me gripped from start to finish.Nico Mayson has thought god years that the Mayson curse was nothing but a lie but after watching each of his brothers her their “BOOM” he’s certainly a believer. The hard tough tattooed bounty hunter falls for Sophie the minute he lays eyes upon her and trying to escape this feeling is impossible. Never when he found a phone would he have guessed that he’d meet his one but he knows from the start that Sophie is afraid and keeping secrets he’s determined to claim her in every way heart, soul and body. He pursues her and pushes her until he has her and the family he’s suddenly craving. Can he break her walls down and get her to love him or will danger take her away from him?Sophie is new to Tennessee, she’s a shy sweet librarian just trying to build herself a life away from the memories that continue to haunt her. Nico takes her by surprise from the moment they meet he looks at her and his eyes soften, he looks like a typical bad boy with his tattoos and attitude but she sees beneath the exterior and for the first time since she was attacked she wants more with someone. Can she let her guard down and trust Nico as much as she wants too or will the danger she’s now facing take away her happiness again?It’s a fabulous read with everything you could want, suspense, danger, laughter, love and lots of heat. Recommended read!!!!!

I am in looveee with Nico, he is by far my favourite guy in this series and that is saying something because I loved them all. I thought Nico an Sophie were so cute together and I thought it was nice to see two very different people together. This book is very well written and you can't help but adore each and every character (except the bad guy... but we'll come to that later).Sophie has had a hard life and because of this, struggles to see in herself what is plain to see by others. She tends to avoid relationships and getting caught up in people. She is sweet, caring and keeps to herself. She is the opposite and therefore in my opinion, perfect match for Nico. These two meet when he returns her phone and when he first see's her, he knows. She is his one and he will not stop until she realises this too. No longer will he laugh at this friends about finding their BOOM when he has found his...Nico has his work cut out for him as Sophie past means that she is scared of giving them a chance and in some ways, he finds it refreshing that he is the one to be doing the chasing. I loved how with family and Sophie, he was loyal, protective, sweet and not afraid to speak his mind. All rolled up in one tattooed, sexy package.For me, this book has it all. Perfect lead characters, both with flaws, romance, suspense, a bad guy, sweetness and sooo many romantic moments, but then plenty of plot twists in there too. I was hooked from the first page and this is a brilliant addition to a series that I love. Nico is easily my favourite of the bunch and I cant wait to see what Aurora Rose Reynolds has in store for us next

After reading the previous 3 books in the series and enjoying them all I was looking forward to reading Nico's story.We'd briefly met him in each of his brothers stories but knew very little about him until now. Other than he appears to be the youngest of these extremely alpha Mayson brothers who unlike his brothers no longer works in the family construction business and has a penchant for tattoos....Lots of them! The only thing he has in common with his brothers is they like their women barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen! These brothers are total cavemen!Enter innocent virginal school librarian Sophie Grates, So timid she could be scared of her own shadow. Sophie keeps herself to herself and doesn't date. A chance encounter between them changes all that. Nico falls hook, line & sinker for Sophie and will stop at nothing to make her his no matter how many times she brushes him off! What is her secret? A complicated young girl new to the area, no friends, no dates what is she hiding? Nico makes it his mission to not only find out but to break down the walls Sophie has built over the years and make her his.These two are such an unlikely yet sweet couple, Yes underneith Nico's hard exterior lies a very sweet, loving, extremely sexy guy (the sex scenes will leave you fanning yourself!) But can they make it work? or will unknown forces destroy the happiness Sophie so deserves. Each of the books in this series has for me been better than the last yet for me Nico & Sophie's story tops them all!

The Until series has been good, I was surprised to see some negative reviews. It's well written, no glaring editing errors, good storyline, interesting and developed characters - what is there not to like?In this one, Sophie is a shy retiring character with some skeletons in her cupboard. Nico Mayson is a hot tattooed bounty hunter and the last unmarried one of four brothers. He sees her and falls for her immediately but realizes he has to tread carefully. So he does, taking everything slowly, especially sex.Why four stars? It's very detailed in parts then jumps ahead missing chunks out only to let you know what you've missed. I guess it's the writing style but it's sometimes a bit annoying.The next book is about Nick a cousin Kenton. I can't wait to read it.

An absolutely beautiful read. Although this could be read as a standalone- I highly recommend it be read as a series in the right order to fully appreciate the characters (this is the 4th book)This book takes us on Sophie and Nico's story of instant attraction and building a beautiful love story. A little bit of danger along the way, with an amazing alpha male that will protect a fantastic female lead. Also we get to catch up with the rest of the brothers and all their families.A great book that ends the series around the 4 brothers- however it appears we will move on to the cousins next- the blurb for the next book looks a completely addictive read.A series I would highly recommend- you will absolutely struggle to put these books down.
