Great little train. Well worth the money. Decent brand AA battery is lasting well. Sound effects are a bit annoying if you leave it on for a lengthy time! Loads of track and just the circle pieces were enough to go around the basket tree skirt. The smoke is a great effect. My grandkids are extremely impressed but can’t resist touching so it often derails and it can be tricky to get all carriages back in line. Hard to explain to train mad 1-3 year olds that it’s not to play with it’s for watching!! They just love it and now have their own too!

Great little train set for the money, my grandchildren loved it it seems to be up to the job they were playing with it xmas morning for quite a while, and unlike more expensive ones it is a good size for younger children 😀

This train is pretty good. It isn’t too small to be fiddly, and it feels quite study, although the plastic parts may not last long in rough play. My son loves it, as do I, but it can be a bit noisy. The train functions as it should, goes round and adds a delightful touch to your Christmas tree. And it doesn’t derail too easily from the track, when the track is placed on carpet, fluffy rug, foam matts. Do ensure you have the train and carriage wheels properly aligned on the track. Of course if something is too close to the train, it may collide and derail then. The design is pretty magical, I wish it had a few more carriages for fun, but as it is, it’s fine. I especially liked the steam effect, although after filling the tank with water and using the train, it may take a few minutes before the steam begins to properly funnel. But it’s nice when it does and makes the presentation that much better. I have 3 downsides are 1: The packaging seems to indicate that a Merry Christmas song would play? Which thankfully it doesn’t as 2: the train produces quite a bit of noise from the bottom speaker. The chugging and choo choo horn, while sounding fun and all that, do end up feeling a little obnoxious during prolonged use. You might not want to use it while watching tv or eating as it can be distracting. I have a downstairs neighbour who hasn’t complained about the noise, so this might just be a personal thing. I think train would be better if we had the option to turn the sound effects off while it runs. But otherwise it is a fantastic toy/decoration and one that your kids will love.

This is a brilliant addition to the christmas tree, it adds an extra touch to the theme without it being over the top. And all who have seen it instantly fall in love. It took under 5 minutes to assemble. The reason i do not have the extra carriages attached is because my toddler has removed them several times and i just don't have the energy to put it back together again. The noise is not too bad for myself, and my child has dropped the carriages a number of times and they are still intact so it is quite sturdy, but i can imagine it does have it's limits like anything as it is plastic. I think it's great value for the price and the joy it has brought my little one i would definately recommend.

A great little train for Christmas. Made me decoration so much more fun. It’s easy to assemble and the quality is nice. It’s a nice size and easy to configure into different shapes. And the “steam” is really fun. The track is delicate and came come apart of knocked a d the noises are nice but extremely loud, it isn’t something g you can have on all the time.

Train looks really well and stays on tracks as it should, only thing is the on off button is broke so it won’t turn off, and the noise gets annoying very quickly,

This has brought so much joy to my 2 year old son!! It's slightly fiddly to line the train on the track but once it's on it creates hours of fun as it makes the pleasant choo choo and puffs smoke!!

Great value for money and cute to watch.

Such a cute train! I put it on my dining room table as part of my table decor. My 2 year old grandson wanted to see it with each visit and was captivated by it. Once the festivities started and I need the table, I found it just as easy to disassemble as it was to assemble. I then set it up on the ground and let my grandson watch it and play with it. Surprisingly, it was very durable! The little steam and horn are the cutest. It's a little bit loud, but we live by real train tracks and trains are supposed to be loud! Very cute! So glad I added it to my collection of Christmas fun!

Abbiamo comprato questo trenino come regalo di natale per un bimbo di 4 anni che lo ha gradito moltissimo. Il trenino si monta in un attimo ed è molto divertente. Il fumo dalla ciminiera è vapore acqueo e dunque non nocivo. Basta aggiungere poche gocce d'acqua nel serbatoio della locomotiva ed il gioco è fatto. Lo consiglio!

El tren es muy bonito y funciona todo perfectamente, locomotora,luz,sonido y humo. La calidad es suficiente para su proposito. Es justo lo que esperaba, que no es poco en estos tiempos, en que a veces te dan gato por liebre. Una mejora que se podria hacer, es un mando a distancia, para parar o poner en marcha el tren, puesto que no es es facil acceder al interruptor, para pararlo, con el tren en marcha. Por lo tanto, su relación calidad precio es buena, y es un bonito detalle para poner a pie del arbol de navidad, para disfrute de los pequeños.
