Super smooth and tasty flour. Makes the best fresh tortillas. Use almost boiling water for a flexible dough that puffs beautifully.

Una buena compra
It's difficult to find ingredients for latin/central American food in the UK. Luckily I could get this on Amazon. This brand is great quality, and I've used it to make tacos and pupusas. A little goes a long way, so worth the money.

Sorry no photo's forgot, lovely flour, takes a lot of water, smells awesome when making the dough for taco's. I would prefer yellow corn flour so added a pinch of tumeric for colour,
