This is a great product!
We redid the basement stairs with a dark stain (the General Coatings java stain from Rockler) and put 3 coats of this polyurethane over the top. We can't believe it's the same set of stairs and feel so great every time we take a trip down to the basement walking on those "new" treads. This product has a wonderful sheen and looks fabulous. We couldn't be happier.

Best of Low Odor Poly !
The best polyurethane we've work with. It's oil for durability. The low odor helped in avoiding any nuisance to our neighbors.
