I break one open and drink the powder (taste like mild icing sugar) and then pop the other one in pill form for slower absorption... The pill takes about 20 minutes to get into your bloodstream, but if you need it to go in fast, you pop the powder and it gets in your bloodstream in about 5 minutes... (if it is a pill not a capsule you can chew it)

Raw ingredients for supplements and personal care products have increase 40% - 40%, LET THAT SINK IN - since the pandemic. THAT is why prices have gone up on everything. Companies can't eat a 40% cost increase. If the previous reviewer would have blamed corrupt elites and government officials orchestrating fires at food processing plants, etc. as being a cause of rising prices, they would have been correct.
