They look and feel like good quality. I have installed 3 out of 4, and they have been working fine for the last 6 months.

Lovely product. Would get 5 stars from me but the quality of the spray paint job needs improvement. The paint is already chipping in the box.

If you are replacing a prior purchase, be mindful of how the screw holes in the base plate line up to the ones made with the initial purchase. I found they were a couple of milli meters out, which is very frustrating.

These lights are not designed for use with a fixture box and as such are not UL listed. DO NOT use these in a location that gets wet. While the fixture itself claims to be waterproof it does not provide any type of seal to a fixture box which means the electrical connections in the box can get wet. It comes with a mounting plate that the instructions say to mount to a wall with screws and expansion sleeves and pull the electrical feed through that plate and the back plate of the fixture to wire nut with the pigtail inside the IP65 rated enclosure. However if the silicone grommet and the hole in the mounting plate are not sized for standard US 14 AWG wire which is the code minimum for lighting circuits. Additionally the mounting plate they provide has countersink holes for the mounting screw heads but they countersunk the wrong side of the plate! The hole the wire feeds through will be 180 degrees off if mounted with the countersink facing out. The supposed glass lamp shade is just plastic and the pigtail length coming out of the insulation is far too short. The instructions are poor at best. Those shortcomings aside it is a nice looking fixture and I was able to make it work for my application. The adjustable vanes for controlling the light direction and spread are a nice feature.

This really isn’t meant to be used with any sort of box in the wall which is really frustrating. The lights look great and I wish I could use them but the description does not indicate that this really needs to be mounted to wood vs a normal round mounting plate as is customary with both indoor and outdoor lighting. Even the 4+ inch version comes with a small mounting plate which could not cover even a regular electrical box. Not sure how everyone is installing these- certainly not to code. Quality seems really good outside of that

I love these lights. Super easy to install and look great. They give a warm evening light against a white wall with the option to change the angle of light projected. I can’t see any downsides with these lights. I can’t judge their performance on weather exposure as they are in a covered pergola I also love how they blend into a clean white stucco wall when they are not on during the day

Light quality is good, an electrician installed over a dozen to the exterior of the house. They don't bump up the electricity bill

These are just plain overpriced and bad. I have no idea why these were designed with three back plates instead of two. The aluminum is quite thin. outer most cover you can see rattles and is quite loose. The set screws on the sides broke through the thin mounting points, and the hidden screws attaching the redundant back plates together stripped. The taper on the screw holes to mount the back most plate to an octagon box were on the wrong side and although the back plate looks reversible, it isn’t. Mounting to the octagon box is also hard because the screw holes aren’t at 45 degrees. Overall i wish i hadn’t bought these.
