Transfer case went out 06/23/ 25 after I purchased it and paid 1300 dollars to have it out on. I had surgery on the 27 a knew replace just getting up to take it back to the mechanic and it's costing me another 1000 to have it put back on plus having to purchase another transfer case! I am angry and will not purchase from this buyer again!!!!!!!!!!😡

Purchased the item and noticed that it made a humming noise and that it was leaking. I took my car to two different transmission shops and was informed by both shops that the transfer case was defective. This transfer case that I purchased from Amazon has no warranty information listed and Amazon is telling me it will take up to 30 days for a refund and they are charging me a $200 restocking fee. So now I have to purchase a new item and pay another $1000 to get it installed. Very disappointed in the product and in Amazon's policy on returning auto parts. Will not purchase auto parts from this supplier or Amazon again! Update the company did issue me a refund after I sent the part back I’m still disappointed but at least they did refund me my money back.
