It's not about weight, it's about measurements...if u don't have a tape measure, get ur regular size. For reference; 5'4", 170 lbs, 38" waist and 42" hips, I got a large, what I normally get in clothes. Hope that helps

They will come up to my bellybutton. They have an amazing amount of stretch and still hold their shape. Love them so much I’ve bought twice!
