How do you adjust the seat height?

There is a hexagonal screw right below the actual seat itself. Loosen it with the attached allen wrench. The seat can be adjusted. After completion, tighten the screw.

No, it’s Foot powered :) My 18 month old LOVED it. He graduated to a two wheel balance bike by the time he was 20-21 months old.

It does OK in the grass. The wheel size will be a little smaller than a normal bike, which may be not easy for your little one to ride on grass. The flat ground will be more recommended.
