Fantastic. This is a really nice knife to use for cutting tough crust bread. It is quite heavy, well balanced and very solid. The blade does a great job of slicing which is the main thing you want from a knife.

Big and powerful excellent quality bread knife, excellent for dealing with the larger loaf, just be careful when using.Would have given it 5* if the blade had been sharpened the same on both sides. One side has less graduation towards the cutting edge than the other. (hard to describe what I mean)

I rarely write reviews, but was so impressed with the quality of this bread knife, I felt obliged to do so. Superb packaging which of itself is worthless unless the product inside matches, but I wasn't disappointed. I was surprised by the length and weight of this knife. That said it's perfectly balanced and feels solid in the hand. The chunky handle is excellent and comfortable to use. This is top quality craftsmanship and I shall be looking at their other knives to replace the rest of the knives I currently own. Highly recommend
