Typically had issues with regularity, and certain foods, but Synbiotic has really been good in helping to create regularity and improve overall health

Ordered this after seeing how expensive the brand advertised most on IG was. Seems the biggest complaint with this one was the smell/taste. It’s not offensive to me… smells a bit like Parmesan cheese but no taste or aftertaste ( and I love Parmesan) the most important thing tho is that after a few weeks I became regular and didn’t have the bloating I have had forever… I’m almost finished with bottle 2 and anticipate always taking it … 2 caps every morning is super easy and I could t be happier with the results!

They help but the smell is bad.

It's hard to know if a prebiotic/probiotic is working in the short term, but I haven't noticed any negative issues but no major improvements. It has a sour milk smell which I'm assuming is a good thing.The value seems to be good for the quality you are getting. I do seem to have better BMs when I am taking consistently, so thats a positive for my digestion.Pill size is average and is easy to swallow if you are comfortable with pills.

These do work, the only problem is the smell and taste. Compared to the other Synbotics + Prebiotic, probiotics and postbiotics these are way more affordable. They do aid in helping you go take a poo. It was extraordinarily hard to get past the smell, it's horrible. The smell even gets on your hands, you have to wash your hands immediately after you take them. Also they taste as bad as they smell, I had to drink something with a bold flavor to try and cover that taste. I have honestly never smelt or taste anything this bad EVER. But there again they do work. If foul smells and strong odor doesn't bother you then this will be no issue. If smells are hard for you then you are going to struggle.

**UPDATE** Three weeks later and I have not felt any changes! I pretty much made myself nauseous with the smell of this stuff for nothing. Save your cash!*****Oh boy! You are going to be in for a surprise when you open this up. I do not know what to compare the smell to, but it is awful! The taste when it hits the tongue, awful! Be prepared! It is not a pleasant experience.

This has been the only pre, pro, and post biotic that really works for me. Been using it for 3 months and I am happy with results also shipping is same day!!! It does have a strong scent of Parmigiano cheese. I happen to like Parmigiano cheese. Thanks for the great product and will continue to purchase!

Really glad i tried this brand out. I only wanted to write a review after a month has passed. I can honestly say that it does help with the bloating and feeling much more easy in my tummy. Would definitely recommend. I actually like the taste and smell too. I love that its vegan capsules too. I took it with food and usually at night. But its made a great difference in my digestion and overall health and mood.
