NO Quality, after 6 months usage its FAR NOISER than the fan I replaced..
it was quiet for a bit, then started getting noisy, tried to blow it out (like the original) but after 6 months is sounds like a airliner getting ready for take off..I will look for another brand.

This was a perfect fit in my HP Z Book. Thank goodness for a YouTube video that showed me step-by-step how to access the fan, and it took about two hours from start to finish. Saved me about $200 versus a computer repair shop, even including the cost of the miniature tool set I needed to purchase.

Replacement for a squealing CPU fan
This was a drop in replacement for an HP Elitebook 745 G2There was only one hitch. The new fan did not come with the capture screws.The nylon retaining washers are split so they can carefully worked off of the old screws by removing the nylon retaining washer using fine tipped needle nose or tweezers. (Be careful not to lose the springs.)
