Original gasket is riveted on the oil pan, use a small punch to remove it, use blue gasket sealer on rivet holes and tighten from center out slowly, torking is recommended but not necessarily just don't over tighten. All good. Then install the pump cover. Have fun.

Worked perfectly, fits as described

This fit my 2005 Tahoe 5.3

This gasket worked out great along with changing out the ring on the suction tube. My engine runs great and is extremely quiet. 500,000 thousand miles and runs smooth!

Seemed to fit appropriately. So far so good after 2500 miles.

First one leaked they replaced it but not worth all the work to replace this gasket for being bad out the box
