The product itself is great!
Great mop! I like the upgraded one it’s more flexible. I bought the four mop heads. Got home and only one mop head was in the box. I had read this happened to someone else. I called the company directly and they are going to ship out the rest. But this makes me wonder what is going on, if it’s several people.

It’s a little pricey but now we have a designated mop head for the garage, we have a good amount to machine wash for indoors and seems worth it
