I bought it as birthday gift but did try it out. I like the functionality of rear wheel steering, very genuine. Fork lift functionality is mediocre, its operated via threads & not gear but still fine from toy grade perspective.Music, light & smoke functions work as expected. Definitely worth it !!

Works as advertised and was shipped quickly

It works more like a real forklift than any we've tried. It has sound affects. It has a water basin that doesn't leak that spits out water vapor and makes, exhaust smoke I guess. He likes that. You have to start it. You have to press the key button to start it and then it will move and lift and back up and turn and scare the cat. Front forks do not tilt. They move up and down but they don't tilt forward or backward. Driver is a lego guy. So you can put any lego guy you want in there. Captain America drove it last week. Remote batteries are AA if I remember correctly, forklift battery is a removeable, rechargeable battery, so don't leave it on when you aren't using it. Remote has to be turned on as well, so once again, turn it off. Back up alarm, horn, and I think, for my husbands sanity, a silence mode? Don't hold me to that.

This is a fun toy. The forklift has the lifting power of a baby mouse but it drives well. However it is loud and the sound chip must have come from another model as it makes race car noises. If you forget to turn it off it will occasionally beep leaving you to scramble through your home at night trying to figure out where that noise is coming from. It does come with a mute button for which I am grateful.

Nice looking. Solid. But it does not work. On lights go on but it will not move.Received a replacement. still will not move or make any sounds. 021825Finally figured it out. handheld device has an ignition button that starts it up and now it works as advertised!

So much fun. The smoke that comes out the back is powered by water. Maybe I was the only person who didn't understand that from the listing. So it is endless and no other expense. Of course it will run without the water being used. Forklift is made of metal parts and is quite durable. Buy this, you wont be disappointed. Also who else couldn't stand all the music in the advertisement video? I want to heard the motor sounds and the sounds of it running. With that, the motor sounds are great and they can be turned off to run in silent mode.

My great grandson likes everything about it. Having a wonderful time in his sandbox!

Item broke the 2nd day we had it. Loved the look of it and its functions, but don’t purchase if you actually want to use it to play with.
