New phone works great - good as new. Prefect replacement for my broken phone (same model).

I purchased this phone because it was a Verizon phone. The shipment was 2 days faster then promised. The phone looked brand new (no scratches or discolorations anywhere). The price was very good. The Verizon phone connected to the Verizon network using my old SMS card with out any problems. I used the charger and cord I already had from my old phone. The charger shipped with the slightly used, renewed phone was a generic brand and extremely slow charging. I HIGHLY recommend this shipper.

Nice phone

It's technically a slight downgrade from a pixel 6a but solid and the ability to add in extra storage with a micro SD card makes this my phone for the next few years until a pixel 10 or 12 becomes affordable. That being said, Amazon packed the wrong charging cable with mine so be prepared for a very no-thrills experience. But if you're grabbing this renewed anyway this year the odds are you're resourceful enough to figure out a way to make this phone work for you. good luck!

Horrible. Phone condition was broken. Not repaired. It did not work properly from day one. It was over the holidays, so it took me a few minutes to get this phone set up. I thought it was me, but it was really the phone. You could make calls, but that was it. Everything wouldn't transfer. That was the start. The camera wouldn't work..it kept saying error. And after downloading each app independently, as soon as you logged in, it would just disappear. Now the seller was going to honor the return policy, but didn't have another phone to replace that one. I was going to be phoneless. In my rush to get it back to the seller, I dropped it. It cracked. I had to eat the sale, and just throw the phone/my money away. Big lesson learned. Charge, and set up immediately. If it doesn't work, even if I'm going to be phoneless, send it back immediately.

This phone so far has performed perfectly without any issues. The one I replaced it for is the same exact phone except that it was an unlocked phone. Which is not a bad thing, just in this case the phone was based in a different carrier. Cross matching sim cards may work without a hitch, but in my case, I kept getting generically speaking, "sim card is not a (XXXXX) card". So, after a while I got tired of the warning error msg and I replaced it with this phone. Which is the same exact phone. The other seller said to reset it with the sim card inside. I thought, 'I don't know about that'. This new phone has not given on error msg. And the shipper got it here super quick. So all is good on the Smart phone front.

I ordered 2. When they arrived they could not be used because both phones were active on the original owners accounts. They shipped 2 more out the same day that work perfectly. They are in excellent condition with out any marks. They charge great and have great sound quality. They were a great price, exactly as expected and the seller was very responsive and corrected the problem immediately.

Good condition, one totally minor minor (to me) ding on the side you can't even see especially when in a phone case (you should see my old phone), no problem switching from my old phone to this one. Switching phones isn't for the faint of heart.. Worked as hoped and expected. Would recommend this seller. Very pleasantly surprised and happy.
