I am in love! Note the depth of this item, but it’s not an issue for me! My microwave smells so fresh now that I’m using this cover! No greasy food lining it! The glass cover is well balanced and cleans easily.

Its large enough to cover the severing bowl for warming food in microwave. Its safe because its glass and not plastic, With plastic microwave covers, plastice molecules drop in your food while gettin warm

The product has 4 ventilation holes and is made of silicone and glass. The silicone ring is removable, making it easy to clean. However, the inside white square feels like plastic; it is a hard and stiff object. The height of the lid is slightly shorter, and the diameter is larger than my old plastic microwave cover. The square could easily touch the food. I am okay with the lid diameter being larger, but I am not okay with the product possibly having plastic material.

This microwave cover was used for 11 seconds, placed on a granite counter afterwards and 2 1/2 hours later violently exploded throwing glass in all directions covering counters, stove and floor 12 feet away. Luckily no-one was in kitchen at that time, it could have caused serious injury . I should have taken a photo but was too intent on keeping pets out and clearing glass. Cannot understand the how or why, but please be warned - do not continue to use or buy this product!

We love this item in our house. The best part is that it is Glass . This is such a game changer.
