Q: Chair came out 2021. Why are the reviews 2018?

The original RSP-110 was available in 2018, the generation 2 (110 Pro) was introduced in 2021. As both models are linked on the page all reviews are visible.

Q: Any advice on getting the headrest fabric zipped shut? The material seems at its maximum stretch, but I can't zip it shut.

We suggest that you pull the fabric as tight as possible together at the teeth of the zipper and ensure that any excess fabric is pulled/tucked away from the zipper. It will not zip up entirely on one try.

Q: how to separate the middle bar from base, so it can be returned?

To remove most gas cylinders you use a rubber mallet with wood buffer to bang it through the 5 star base from the bottom. To remove the shaft from the mechanism under the seat, a pipe wrench is commonly used with a "twist and pull" motion. For a stubborn cylinder shaft in the mechanism, you can try applying a little lubricant, but be careful to not lube the whole shaft because then the wrench will no longer grip!

Q: Why is the grey fabric respawn chair which is what I ordered but when i look at the comments it shows a completely different chair that is faux leathe

Sorry but don’t know the answer. We ordered & received a leather fabric type chair.
