These are great. Easy to clean. work well.

I worked at a pizza shop all the way through college. This is very much like the screens that we used. Great for making the crust crispy and much easier to clean. The 12-inch is perfect for two people.

I make our quesadillas on a griddle or outdoor cooktop using the big 12” burrito tortillas. Got these and I hold it angled at the lifted quesadilla edge then slide it under, put the other one on top and flip the whole thing. Works perfect. Encloses the quesadillas so the veggies and stuff don’t fall out and it doesn’t flop over and get crumpled. Also good as pizza screens, I guess. LOL

They're fine for the price, but they're not as nice as others I've had. They don't really slide well and have a small lip on the bottom so they're not really double sided like youd think. But again they work fine, just not the best ones I've had.

Cooks well and was easy to season these, pizza does not stick once seasoned. These allow the heat to really get you the under-carriage you want on your pizza without having to use a piece of steel or a pizza stone. These work better in my opinion.

These screens assist in cooking the perfect pizza crust. Not soggy, not dried out, just the perfect doneness. I used these screens on top of a pizza stone and the pizza come out perfectly cooked. No more sticking or fighting to get the pizza out of the oven. Easy to clean.

Like that it saves my oven rack from getting dirty and it allows for a crispy crust. However it bends easily and is a hassle to clean when the cheese melts in the screen. But it's great for cooking and reheating pizza. I haven't used it for anything else.

It works, depending on your hydration level. I wouldn’t recommend it over a sheet pan. If you’re this invested in pizza, get a stone or steel.

Solide, bien faites. Pareil à celles qu’on utilisait en resto. Ma pâte collait, elle ne colle plus dans mon four à pizza.

Just what I wanted helps make great pizza. Needs to be cured.

Excellent canadian made product. Good size, very sturdy and pizza crust evenly cooked. Can't recommend enough!
