Q: What is the quantity of briquettes in this package? Before I buy something like this, I need to know how many briquettes are in there.

They’re small about the size of a kiwi fruit. They burn hot and clean. They’re compressed so they last awhile. Suitable for a big green egg that can’t use regular briquettes (no petroleum oils). Expensive. There used to be a bulk supplier that was much cheaper.

Q: Is the "1 pack"for $16.99 a box with 4 individual plastic wrapped packs that they claim 1 for each barbecue?

Yes, however if you have a large grill like my 22” Weber you’ll probably need 2 packs per bbq.

Q: how about smoking with these? roughly how long do these last for regular smoke session?

Can’t give you an exact time, but using a Weber and smoking ribs for 4ish hours they didn’t last long enough
