I’ve just began to get into the art of working with sourdough and this was the perfect kit to get me going! My husband purchased it for me as a surprise; to make my baking life a bit easier. The kit included everything I need, and the materials are all high quality and very durable as well! The scoring tool is amazing and comes with extra blades and the large chopper cuts fast and efficiently. I love this and do recommend to anyone working with this interesting ingredient! I’m getting professional results.I have found use for every item included. Has gotten lots of use over the past couple months and holding up very well. The perfect starter kit for beginner bread makers!

As someone who is baking sourdough for the first time, I wasn't sure what to get. I am very pleased with this set. It has everything you need to bake your loaf from beginning to end. The quality is very good, although for the spatula the rubber part tends to come off when you clean it. I have been using the set at least once a week and so far for a beginner like me it is just what I needed
