8 x 12 cm Case for Lens - Black (LP36978-0WW)

This is a nice, quality lens case. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit my Sony E 70-350 lens. Well, it actually fits the lens snugly, but not with the lens hood attached (reversed). The Sony E 70-350 measures 3.03” x 5.59” (77x142mm) And with caps and filter it measures 3.03” x 6.45” (77x164mm) And with hood attached reversed it measures 3.5” x 6.45” (88x164mm) The interior of this lens case is supposedly 90x160mm so my Sony lens should fit in diameter and snugly in length. The length is a snug fit but works. The diameter works great for the 77mm diameter of the lens, but not with the 88mm diameter lens hood attached. I almost broke my hood trying to get it in the case. The reason is that the interior of the case is not round but instead it’s flat on the back side and stiff enough that you can’t force it to be round. My estimation is that you’d be hard pressed to fit a lens (with hood) larger than the low 80’s in it. I considered keeping this case for my Sony 18-135 lens, 3.2” x 4.4” (80x110mm) with hood attached reversed and caps and filter. The diameter fits great but the case is just too long. In summary, a great lens case, just not quite the right size for either of my lenses.

I wrote this review since I was looking for a case for my Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8 Sony E mount lens and also my Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Sony E mount lens Pleased to say - the Lowepro 9 x 16 cm Case fits BOTH of these so now I have two of these. They are great quality, a little snug but great fit and will protect the lens investments.

Solid protection with multiple connection points. Fits Sony FE F4 70-200 II Macro with hood/collar perfectly.

Lowepro Cases never disappoint. They cost a bit more, but the protection for your valuable equipment makes it well worth the cost. I only wish they made more sizes of their lens cases.

Good solid case, lens fits tightly in it.

Ideal Protective lens carrying case for Nikkor 28-400/4-8 Lens

This lens case is a perfect fit when matched to my LowePro AW 70 II camera case. Very well made and it does fit my Nikon AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm zoom lens (6.75"x 3,25") so I can now have it and my wide angle 16-35mm zoom lens with me to cover most situations. Use the included waist strap on the AW 70 along with its shoulder strap with both cases shifted to my back and I can traverse rough terrain including some rock scrambling without fear of damaging lenses or camera.

The Lower 7 x 8cm is perfect for 50mm Prime Lenses. I use this for my Vintage Minolta 50mm f/1.4 and f/1.7 lenses with about 1cm room on the top to spare. These will mount over a belt or camera bag strap on the back. There is an inside top pouch for filters. I was going to go with the smaller version 8 x 6 cm, but glad I switched to this model.

Usual good LowePro quality. Fits well Sony E 10-20 mm, a bit tightly the reversed sun hood.

This case fits the Nikon 55-300mm lens with inverted hood perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better fit. Quality of the case is great! Nice and sturdy with padding for extra protection.

Comment on pouvait s'y attendre chez Lowepro les matériaux sont de qualité mais pour un tel prix on devrait avoir un système beaucoup plus facile de réglage de la sangle ainsi qu'une capuchon qui se ferme d'une manière plus facile.
