These were hard, no real flavor. I am a candy nut, but these were awful...

These are terrible. They look nothing like what is pictured, and if I could have seen this same package of candy in a grocery store, I never would have bought them. It says in small print on the rear label, "This product has been repackaged by iLike, which is not affiliated with the original manufacturer or manufacturers of the repackaged products." It gives a Huntingdon Valley, PA address for the company, but doesn't say that they're actually made in the USA, and therefore, I can only surmise they're imported from China or some other third world country without food safety standards. There are no refunds on food purchases on Amazon, so I recommend steering clear of this product.

The best gelled candy out there. Fresh and flavorful. The flavor of each candy is rich and excellent. When the bag is opened you can smell the sweetness and flavor. Great value for the size. The sugar is a coarse coating that makes them so excellent. Texture is soft and chewy with long lasting flavor.

According to the ingredient list on the bag these jelly candies do not use gelatin or agar as thickener; they are made with cornstarch, similar to Turkish delight. They are sweetened with corn syrup and sugar. The bag notes that the candy has been repackaged and the vendor didn't make the product. Apparently they buy bulk wholesale to re-sell under their name, which is fine of course. The bag says it was made in Pennsylvania.The candy is flavorful, the bite is a little chewy but that's how fruit slice candy is usually made. They use artificial flavors and colors but you're not eating these to add more fruit to your diet.

These are not the "fruit slices" they look like. They are in fact, made more like Gummi Bears. IOW, the consistency is more GummiBear-like; Quite chewy they are.

Very stale/hard and dried out. Perhaps need to be packaged differetly? Other brands are soft and chewy.

Not much flavor, too many grape flavor.

How can you go wrong with 2# of candy. Good tasting and fresh.
