I tried different things for years in the bay area of my bedroom. The area is particularly challenging because the bay consists of a single window on the the left, larger window in the middle, and single French door on the right. Love seats, chairs, and recliners made it impossible to use the French door to the deck. This chaise lounge is perfect. it fits the area, and with the arm on the left side, I am easily able to open the door to the deck. it's very firm, but that doesn't stop me from reading or napping on it. The beige color is very rich, as is the tufting. I was able to put it together myself in less than 30 minutes. i was impressed with the shipping as well. it came in a large box, and each upholstered piece was wrapped in a cloth like pillow case. Adding beautiful pillows and a throw blanket have made my master bedroom very elegant! i love it and would recommend it!

I bought this at a discounted price from the warehouse. When I put it together, I saw why it was discounted - the holes were uneven for the screws, so I just had to use a drill and widen them at the top on one of the pieces, and buy some larger washers to compensate for the larger holes, but it still turned out fine (and the washers cost less than a dollar, so less than half-price was a good discount really).It's very sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. It's definitely firm, which is what I wanted. I've read so many other reviews online about chaises being too soft in the middle or sinking. This feels like there is a hard board all the way across(think cushion on top of a solid-wood board), so it doesn't sink.The color is white, but it's like a dull white with a linen/borderline-burlap texture. It's not a bright white. I'm not unhappy with the color because most of the decor in the room is a dull white also, so it works. I will say though - if you're looking for something that's a bright white like sheets or towels, this isn't it. I just wanted to add that in there for anyone who may be shopping for a bright white instead so you don't wind up disappointed.I like this and am happy with it. Assembly was a headache because of the uneven holes, but I expected there to be some kind of issue since I got it discounted, so oh well! :)

Very nice if looking for an accent piece for a small area. Arrived soon; packaged well. Slightly difficult to assemble back of chaise and arm with only one person. Hole for leg had staples pushing through hindering leg screw from entering metal screw hole and fastening. Was able to bend staples back with flat head screw driver so leg screw could finally fasten in. Supplied wrench was too big for supplied nut bolts; had to use another wrench I already had. Color is not a jet black as pictured. Looks more like a charcoal black with a very grey undertone. Firm but made more comfortable with throw pillows. Overall, look and size is exactly what I needed for my space. Took a star because for price, color should have matched and assembly should have been less difficult.

My wife loved her birthday gift. She spent her lazy time on it.

The product color is more of an off white. The comfort itself is on the firm side when I sat on the long portion of the lounge. We were unable to place two of the pieces together due to a faulty feature to connect piece A and B. The screw holes appear to be off as well, but we were unable to even attempt that part since the first part of the directions weee unsuccessful. We will be returning the product. We wish it would have worked.

Easy to assemble, rich color, and good quality. Able to accommodate 200+lbs without creaking or sagging. The arm and seat are very firm, and yet it’s comfortable to lounge on for an extended period

I was worried about getting furniture online but this is a really nice chaise. Perfect for my small bay window in my office.

Looks nice and seems well constructed. But that cushion is not nearly as soft as those deep button tufts make it look. Much less cozy than it appears.

This is a terrible chaise lounge don’t waste your money. It’s such poor quality and so much smaller than it looks!
