I was introduced to this product by my barber who uses this product to supplement her vegan diet. I explained to her that my wife has a "slow" digestive system and as such, has tried many methods to help speed up the process of food absorbtion and to aid evacuation. A variety of approaches including visits to gastrointestinal specialists and various alternative approaches, including enzymes, pro biotics and a variety of other options have had limited success. My wife tried this product out and found that the result was almost instantaneous at speeding up her passage of food. testing it incrementally and increasing the amount taken is. advisable! A whole one might be more than what many people can take in one go initially. It really is that effective. In terms of taste and texture, iniitial impressions suggest that it will not be pleasant to eat, yet it is and has a pleasant flavour. Taken with warm water to aid the process, my wife tends to take it before bed, but it is very much a trial and error exercise as this product does appear to behave quite differently for each individual - read the other reviews. Suffice to say, it works for my wife who ha experienced challenges for decades. In terms of costs, this product isn't cheap. But for my wife who has visited a host of practitioners and conventional health practitioners privately over the years, this product appears to be the best value for her. I purchased it on a subscribe and save basis which does reduce the cost by up to 15%, which makes it even better value. Overall, an effective product. this particular original fruit my wife claims to be the most beneficial from the range and therefore she intends to carry on using it for the forseeable future.

Great natural constipation help, only one is needed for a guarantee bowel movement within 24 hours, often times less. And completely natural non medicated. It looks absolutely gross once you open. The packet, but it pretty much tastes like a large raisin. To those with tooth problems, it’s extremely sweet, so be careful.

I was recommended these as a natural alternative and honestly and I was a bit shocked at the price but worth every penny really help and work so well and natural

We're your customers. I'd like to say that we ordered a pack of 7-110 grams, and it was very good. Then we ordered 500 grams, and the result wasn't so good. I'll order 110 grams and see what the difference is.

Well I was told by someone to try half first then I half next day and still didn’t go toilet ,so took a full one the following day I was woke for urgency for toilet and for a full 24 hours I couldn’t get off the toilet I felt poorly by the time I had done ,I’ve always had constipation issues all my life ,they defo clear you out maybe I had a build up for years hence why I felt so crap but they do what they supposed too just don’t have any plans if you take them ,they look horrible but taste isn’t too bad at all

die Pflaumen sind toll ,bei der ersten Einnahme kommt es nach ein paar Stunden gern zum Durchfall das ist bekannt.aber geschmacklich toll -der Geruch nicht ganz so gut,aber es ist angenehm die kleine Pflaume die mit Kern fermentiert wurde zu essen.

A bit pricey but do exactly what they claim to do.

I have had constipation issues for over 30 years. I usually have to consume a lot of fiber one cereal the previous day to help. Sometimes even this does not work. Things get really bad when I am on vacation and I usually use a chemical laxative and it does the job although I am very careful to only use when very much needed. I somehow stumbled across this product and decided to buy it since it is natural. I never even thought of using plums before because I thought they just contained fiber and nothing more. These work very very well. The trick is to eat one (or less than one) and drink water. I would do this in the evening time. Here is why these work so well: Plums naturally contain fiber and good enzymes of course, but the main ingredient that helps with constipation is Sorbitol. This naturally occurring element in the Plum draws water into the colon. I think that because of the long fermentation process, these have even more Sorbitol than regular Plums which explains why they work so well. Make sure you keep you day open after you use this and be near a bathroom just in case. For me, they take about 10 to 12 hours to work.... Last night I ate a whole one and this morning after coffee I was like, hey its not working. A few hours later I completely emptied out over the course of four hours. Yeh, they work. The only downside of this product is the cost. 30 USD for 7 of these in individual packets. I am going to try to just buy regular plums at the store and see if they have the same effect.... I have a feeling they do, just not as strong as this. I do not take this every night...just when its really needed.
