If your budget is really tight then you can go for this otherwise I would recommend go for Bosch the drill chuck teeth get broken and drill bits can be of better quality and after some use it get hot which is not good for long term use

Used to hammerd through my concrete wall. It worked well but little effort is required looking at the size and power of the machine. Minimum Motor heat. Drill bits are of good quality. The vibration while hammering is noticable but not a deal breaker.
