I purchased 3 diff brands of silicone trivets to compare. One was a (6) pk set and the other was a cheaper (3) pk. This Colinda brand ARE ALMOST TWICE AS THICK as the other (2). We want to protect our new quartz countertops while entertaining. The hot dishes won't slip like other material trivets: brass, wood, etc. They are a nice large dia. I like that the very ctr. Is solid for the best protection. The designs are stunning. We chose the gray which BTW is a true gray not a light gray. It's stunning on the white/ gray quartz countertops. Just FYI: The blue is a true deep bright navy blue. They are very attractive and are not cheap or cheesy looking. They are well worth the $5 ech price(pk 3) $15 and I think they'll last forever. I purchased (2) sets. I haven't tried them but I'm not concerned about heat resistance since they ARE THICKER. I will revise this review if I discover differently. I plan to buy more for gifts: clever, attractive & practical.

Love the color. Matches my kitchen decor. Three of them means I always have one or more available as needed. They wash up easyily, and I was surprised to see that even though the mats are not solid, they still protect the surfaces of my counter, table, and tablecloths. They're size fits anything from very small to quiet large, and two can support and protect under a large casserole dish. Love them!

These are great trivets and look very good. Much better than using cutting boards to do the job! These are thick and substantial. They are a good value.

These are more useful and attractive than I thought they would be. Soft but strong. I use them not just for hot pots but to keep things from sliding around or off my tile countertop. I put one under my large heavy molcajete.

The pic shows it more orangey, but it’s a light, more like Pepto Bismal pink, which is one of my favorite colors. I’m extremely pleased as I’ve had wooden trivets (bad idea) and a light green (ugly) one I got them both from Sur La Table. Forget it. This is the best trivet ever.Allegedly these are washable too (not dryable, of course).Love it. Would buy again!

I love these heat protection trivets! They protect my counter or table completely. They are made of silicon and are thick enough to keep the heat from surfaces. I have gotten compliments from friends at how pretty they are when I use them on my wood table. I like how each trivet is different from the other. The are 8” across, big enough for a good sized bowl, but also can handle a large plate without having the plate touching the table. Great buy! I got a discount for buying two sets and gave one to my granddaughter.

I only docked a star because I set a dirty pan on one of them and it stained instantly. Can’t get the color out of the white trivet. Not that upset about it but it was a little annoying. I recommend this product! It’s very lovely and thick. Great quality!

These trivets are lightweight but keep heat away from surfaces. The trivets have three different designs. They are flexible and easy to clean and store. I stack mine on top of each other for storage.

Quede muy satisfecha con la compra. el diseño muy bonito y me parece que van a aguantar el calor muy bien por lo grueso del material. Aún no los uso, pero si en la práctica veo algo que no me gusta… actualizare la opinión.

I love these trivets. They are thick enough to protect your table even though there are openings due to the design. They are quite attractive and go with my Italian Blue dishes.

Great product. Indeed it has multiple uses like described on Amazon. I in fact used it to open a jam bottle - one of the amusing uses, besides of course the 'default' use.
