I work in an office where uniform is required which includes black socks. I have searched for good cotton black socks for women and found the market dominated by men socks and very little selection for women’s black cotton socks which weren’t plain black. After searching through all the usual listings for black socks I found these and bought a package of 3. They are cute! The socks are ribbed so they don’t fall down your feet and don’t constrain your blood flow. They are also warm, but I live in California so my concept of cold is different than others. I love and my coworkers love the daisy! I definitely recommend these socks. I only ask that they make more socks with other flowers.

These are the best cotton socks I've ever owned. I love the fabric AND stretch to them, at 100% cotton, and the detail of the flower embroidery is cute, even for me - a 60 something year old woman. The best part is that they are not constricting when I experience ankle edema. I'm very grateful to this manufacturer for a great sock with a natural fiber that stretches. I ordered the multi color and black socks; and now re-ordered another 2 sets!

These socks are super cute, the embroidery is very well done and doesn't look like it would come undone in a nuclear fallout !Sadly, the material on these socks is incredibly cheap. Not the thin kind that rolls down, but the peely kind of fabric that will wear holes in it after about a year of use.If you're looking for a cute pair of comfy and soft socks that will last you a year, buy these. If you're looking for something more durable, look elsewhere.

Now that I've worn them, I am certain that this translates to the fact that the socks are scolloped at the ankles so they do not constrict and leave uncomfortable and unhealthy indentations on one's skin.If the lovely colours and the daisies on the outside of the ankles weren't enough, the way these stockings fit makes them well worth buying.
