I have unplugged my phone cord wire a million times at work to straighten it out because it gets so tangled that I can't even barely answer the phone anymore. My last cord ended up snapping the plastic piece because I had to keep constantly taking it out. At our office we have some Panasonic system phones and the cord I had was about 8 years old and tangled daily. This fixed the problem. The only con would be that the cord that come with the package are pretty short.

I bought this for my office phone at work to keep the phone cord from tangling. At first it was amazing no tangles in cord and no issues with sound quality. After a month, there is an awful static in my phone calls and I can no longer use the product. Back to tangled cords.
