This Styrofoam roll form worked out perfectly to hold my hair hand bands. They are organized by color and size and finely fit nicely on one space. Might try mounting the cylinder on a circular wood base to keep them upright for easy access.

Need to view a few videos on use if your physical therapist has not instructed you on how to use it. Where to start, how far to go etc.

It was inexpensive and perfect for my home work out. Solid. I've had it a few months, I was concerned it would flake or dent, and it hasn't.

PT has me one this for five mins a day -- it's firm, but does the trick, and is long enough to get both head and hips on it.

Flimsy pool noodle strength roller. It deforms with the slightest body weight and does not serve any purpose. I wanted something half the diameter of Amazon bare essentials roller (in picture), but this is putty like consistency pool noodle roller. It does not serve any purpose of muscle stretch or back massage. Returning it,

I bought this for physical therapy on my back. It is amazing! Releases so much pain and stress to my back. Love the price too!

It is definitely firmer than a pool noodle. One end is dirty and has a one inch tear. Not a catastrophic tear. Works for me - I needed a smaller diameter than the more common 6" (in order to not have to put pressure on my wrist.)

Hey fellow shoppers. If you are dead set on the size....I just pulled the item I ordered from the box and it's 3 7/8ths x 35 1/8th (smaller than advertised).
