Great substitute for Passover baking! ICan’t stand baking with Matzoh meal and found Passover Brownie recipe with this potato starch.Excellent brownies!

Good stuff
I used it for making mochi at home, it works perfectly. Also great if you want to cut corn products out of your diet, to thicken up all sorts of things.

The product works very well in making home made yogurt.
What I didn't like was the poor quality ziploc closure. Hard to keep it closed so as to keep moisture out.

A better substitute starch product than corn starch.
If you look up the benefits of this product over the widely available corn starch, you will find it has better health benefits than corn starch. There isn't a huge benefit, but take the benefits when you can get them is my philosophy.
