Bought two of these & love how it looks & all the storage space it has. It's not real wood, but great for the price. The assembly instructions were easy to follow!! A++++

The dresser is cute until you put it together, the drawers don't line up, there are huge gaps between the drawer and the side to point that the drawers can't even be on both tracks at once. The pre-drilled holes for the braces put the brace in the middle of the drawers, if you don't use the braces the dresser is wobbly and the drawers go all the way to the back. They didn't include enough handles so one drawer doesn't even have handles. It is truly the worst piece of furniture I have ever gotten. When I contacted the seller they just kept asking for pictures saying it was put together wrong, I would send pictures they would ask for more pictures. I finally told them I just wanted to return it they sent a label. I took the dresser apart loaded 100 lbs into my car to take it to the UPS store at which time they told me I would be responsible for the shipping cost which was $83.47. I am not paying extra money to return an item that was defective. It was not a good experience.

Took 5 hours to put together and I'm really good at putting these things together. Killed my back. I felt like I'd manufactured the thing and cut down the trees to make it. Took forever! So many pieces and horrible directions. But all in all it's a cute dresser. Seems pretty heavy and sturdy. But typical cheap wood which pretty much all you can get these days. Hoping it lasts long enough for it's use. I miss the old days with good quality furniture for a decent price. Those days are gone. For the price it'll work. And for the love of God stop putting Styrofoam in the box! It sticks to EVERYTHING and is impossible to get rid of! Anything but Styrofoam!

Good quality and easy to assemble. I (small 130lb woman) put it together by myself using a screw driver. It seems other people had issues with the item. After looking at the other reviews it seems the majority of people who have issues didn't put the dresser together correctly. If you follow the directions carefully you'll be fine. My dresser has no issues. The drawers fit together nicely and have no issues with sliding or getting stuck.

Fairly easy to assemble. I like the larger drawers have a center beam underneath for support. All the pieces were labeled well.

The media could not be loaded. This dresser is beautiful and much better made than some I've gotten before from Ikea. However, it takes a loooooong time to assemble - plan accordingly. The directions are not bad, they just had to be read carefully (and there were two of us working on it). At the end, when we had checked and double checked, and we had zero pieces left, one of the drawers is non functional. When you pull the second drawer out, the third drawer comes out with it. For some reason, the design (which you can see in the instruction manual too) does not include support for the 3rd drawer. So it gets pulled out with the drawer above it and then just FALLS OUT. There is no way to keep it from falling over. The other drawers are supported and work just fine. I've included photos of all of this. I'm not sure what to do here - the dresser is not usable as is. I don't want to not be able to put clothes in one whole drawer of it. So while it looks nice, it's totally non functional.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this item in July thinking it was a great item from pictures I saw on the reviews. However this was the worse item I've ever purchased on Amazon and both the seller and Amazon giving me a run around after assembling the item and inform them a day after that the item is defective. Amazon had me on a call for over an hour trying to rectify the situation. They tried their best to contact the seller and then the seller got in touch with me. To cut a long story short the seller ask me to send a picture of the draw that wasn't closing, I did. Then they said send a picture of the section without the draw. I did. Then they said after they felt comfortable in themselves that they would give me a partial refund of the one draw that wasn't closing properly. I agree thinking that it would be just the one draw has an issue. Little did I know that the entire draws are defective and can't close. This is completely insane. I'm here trying to get back a refund for this defective item sitting in my room and both Amazon and the seller is so inconsiderate choose not to grant me a refund. After going back and forth with them about this situation the seller told me 2 months after they are going to send me a label to send back the item and I had to wait another 2 months before I got the label. Now that I receive a label I'm being told that I need to deliver the item to a facility given it is still assembled before I can get back my refund. I will not back down until either Amazon or the seller treat this situation kindly before I take it to another level. This is not a good item and not only this item but there's many items Amazon is selling on their platform for sellers which those items are also inferior and defective as well.
