These are excellent swim equipment with good value. Works well.

Good bags
It's a good work out, and I pulled my shoulder muscles, trying to swim too long with these bags my first time. Designed really for an experienced swimmer. Good for sets of 50s and not for 500.

It's just a net. I have no idea how they can charge ~$20 to $30 for a cheap piece of net. Rip off.
